I Hope everyone had a nice Thanksgiving! We are heading into the holiday season and that means our December meeting will be our annual meet and greet holiday gathering. We will meet in the lobby of the Planetarium and The Club will provide some BBQ, some snacks/dip and drinks- I might also whip up some Holiday punch. Feel free to bring a snack or dish to pass. This is always a great time to chat with other club members. So stop in for a snack and hang out or just pop in to say hi! John French might have a holiday themed light show in the dome as well.

Also on Dec. 7 The moon will pass in front of the Planet Mars. If it is clear we can take a peak through one of the telescopes and take a look at Mars and the Moon!
