November Events include Astronomy on Tap and The Astronomical Horizons Lecture series:

Astronomy On Tap:

Wednesday Nov 19 at The Irish Pub Lansing 7:30pm (more details to follow)

What is AoT?

We bring scientists, educators, artists, and other astronomy enthusiasts to the bar to meet you! Our events include two short presentations by both local and out-of-town astronomers and astrophysicists, opportunities to mingle with local scientists, a Q&A session to ask all of your burning astronomy questions, and trivia-based games that can win you a raffle prize! We’ve also collaborated with local breweries to brew exclusive AoTLansing beers.

Don’t miss out on this fun and FREE event. Bring your friends!

Astronomical Horizons.

This lecture series held at the Abrams Planetarium surveys the latest developments in astronomy. Astronomical Horizons is offered by the Department of Physics and Astronomy through its astronomy group and Abrams Planetarium. Each talk begins at 7:30 p.m. and there is no charge for admission.
