Photographing Solar and Lunar Space Station Transits

For the October 3 meeting Chuck T will be talking about catching the International Space Station transit across the Sun and Moon. It takes a little planning, but with a camera and zoom lens, or telescope and cell phone camera, along with a solar filter you can get an amazing image of the ISS as it passes in front of the SUN or Moon. Chuck will talk about the solar transit he was able to record on Aug. 30 in Lansing.
